Terms and Conditions of Use kclub99 Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by kclub99. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button, complete the account registration process, or begin using any part of the kclub99 platform.

Kclub99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Member Eligibility

Kclub99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any stage. False information provided during registration will result in immediate account termination and all balances may be forfeited.

03 Registration & Account

One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any related balances or bonuses.

Information Accuracy

You must provide true, accurate and up-to-date information during registration — including your full name, date of birth, phone number and bank details. Any changes to personal information must be reported to the kclub99 support team within 7 days.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. kclub99 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session on a shared device.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account.

Kclub99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposit

All deposits must be made using payment methods recognized by kclub99. Deposits may only be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. kclub99 does not accept funds from third parties in any form.

• The minimum deposit amount is stated on the Deposit and may vary depending on the payment method.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account within minutes after confirmation.
• Kclub99 reserves the right to reject or withhold deposits that raise suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

Withdrawal

Fund withdrawals are subject to several conditions that must be met before a request is processed:

• Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Any active bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same player's name.

In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that bonus only.

06 Game Rules

All games offered on the kclub99 platform are operated by licensed software providers using independently verified and audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated.

• Game results recorded in the kclub99 server system are final and binding in all circumstances.
• Internet connection drops during a gaming session do not entitle you to compensation claims unless system records confirm that a technical error occurred on the platform's end.
• Kclub99 reserves the right to void bets or games that occurred during a confirmed technical disruption and to return the relevant funds to the player's account.
• The use of any bots, automated tools, or unauthorized methods to play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse the bonus system (bonus abuse).

• Using a VPN, proxy or other methods to conceal your true location for fraudulent purposes.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in inappropriate conduct towards any kclub99 staff or player.

Kclub99 fully cooperates with legal authorities and will disclose account information when required by law.

08 Account Closure

Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the kclub99 support team. Prior to closure, any eligible fund balance (after wagering requirements are met) will be processed for withdrawal.

Closure by kclub99

Kclub99 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You have breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Kclub99 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• You have enrolled in a self-exclusion programme.

In cases of confirmed fraudulent account closure, all balances including original deposit funds may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation.

09 Liability Limits

Kclub99 provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, kclub99 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including network issues, power outages or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Third-party content or services that may be accessible through the kclub99 platform.

Kclub99's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kclub99 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface designs, text, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of kclub99 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from kclub99.
• Use of the name "kclub99" or any related trademarks without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Links to the kclub99 platform from external websites are permitted only in a manner that does not damage the brand's reputation.

11 Data Privacy

Kclub99 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy kclub99, which forms part of this agreement.

By using the kclub99 platform, you agree that kclub99 may process your personal data for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, transaction processing, service improvement and regulatory compliance.

12 Amendment of Terms
